As a swim mom starting out, I had no idea what to expect at meets. Before every meet, I would research what to pack in the cooler for healthy snacks and easy digestion. I created this book in hopes that it will help another parent to have the food list in one place. I also wanted a heat sheet journal/ log book. The heat sheets are not provided at every meet. When I did have them, they would get wet or blow away in the wind. I can now write it down in the Swim Meet Results section of this book. There are spaces for seed time, final time, and EHLS, (event, heat, lane and stroke). There are also spaces for your swimmer to write in how they felt afterwards and notes to work on during their next practice. From one swim parent to another, I hope this helps you and your swimmer and it becomes a part of your swim meet gear.
